How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply create an account on our website. You're automatically enrolled in the Smuth Rewards Club and earn 30 welcome points the moment you sign up — no extra steps needed.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every ₹10 spent on orders. You also earn bonus points by signing up (30 pts), your birthday (70 pts), following on Instagram (15 pts), starting a subscription (15 pts), and more — all listed in the "Ways to Earn" section below.
How do I redeem my points?
Fill in the redemption form on this page with your name, WhatsApp number, and how many points you want to redeem. Our team will review your account and send you a personal discount code on WhatsApp within 24 hours. Then just use it at checkout!
Where can I see my points balance?
Log into your account on our website. Your points balance and current tier are displayed on your account page. You can also message us on WhatsApp anytime to check your balance.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. We'll send a reminder on WhatsApp before your points are about to expire so you never miss out.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
Points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your balance. Any points already redeemed cannot be refunded. Partial returns result in proportional adjustments.
When do I get my birthday gift?
Make sure your date of birth is saved in your account profile. You'll automatically receive 70 bonus points during your birthday month. Birthday rewards are given once per year.
