Shipping Policy

We want your Mr. Smuuth bars to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship across India.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

₹699 and above	FREE shipping

4. Courier Partners

We ship via trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart, depending on your pin code. All shipments are fully trackable. You may receive your order from any of these couriers.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us. Please contact us within 7 days at mrsmuuthnaturals@gmail.com or WhatsApp to arrange re-dispatch. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Shipping Zones

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes.
