All our soap bars are handcrafted using natural, cold-process methods. Product colours and appearances may vary slightly from images due to the handmade nature of our products — this is a characteristic of natural soap, not a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify formulations, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final and binding.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other authorised payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Mr. Smuuth Naturals or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
